FOUND SILVER PAST WEEKEND

Saturday I traveled to a new location - found on an old map. I did manage to find my first 2 V nickels for the year and nothing else. Hits were few and far in between.
Sunday I stayed close to home and hit a local school where I found to mercury dimes and some wheat pennies. The silver streak is still alive.

I had a good weekend even though I didn't find a silver coin but I think I found part of a silver spoon. I also found an Indian head penny. I'm still reeling over finding the draped bust and another seated.

SILVER - BUCKET LIST

My last day of vacation I decided to take a road trip and try a park I found on a 1855 map. It paid off as I found my 3rd seated dime for the year and a draped bust penny - 1798, my second ever 1700's coin. After that there wasn't much else. Targets were hard to find.

THE SILVER STREAK CONTINUES

I went to hunt an old area where they dug up lots of the dirt and placed it back after doing some landscaping. I managed to find a Rosie and wheat penny from the pile, then went to the field where I found a war nickel and another wheat penny.   I think I found some silver jewelry but I can't read the back.
Sunday I met up with S and we hit a local park. He found a Merc and I found some wheat pennies. I also found another piece of jewelry but not sure what type of metal.

3 SILVER SUNDAY

My silver streak continues as I had a very good hunt on Sunday. Saturday I stayed close to home and didn't find much. Sunday I started at the same school and found a silver quarter - then later in the day I met up with S and hit another school where I found a merc and Rosie along with some wheat pennies and Canadian pennies. I also had a nice nickel run finding 10. I also found a junk ring. I hope I can keep the streak going this weekend.

SILVER STREAK STILL ALIVE

I was going to met up with T but he couldn't make it a couple of weeks ago - so I hunted the park by his house. There is still silver to be found - I managed a barber dime plus a buffalo nickel.
Sunday I went to a local school where I found a war nickel and a few wheat pennies.
