I fell at work and messed up my right shoulder so I couldn't get out this past weekend. It is getting better so by this weekend I hope to get out. Boy I hate missing a weekend especially when it was as nice as it was and not due to weather.

HAD A GREAT FATHER'S DAY
I just got my new T handle lesche so I decided to try it out and went back to the park where I found my large cent. I tried a different area and was not disappointed. I found my second walking liberty half dollar, a 1800's V nickel, a rosie and wheat pennies. The only clad coin was a quarter. I say it was a very good morning then came home so the kids could take me to lunch. It was a great father's day.

ROAD TRIP II
I went back to one of the parks I hit on my last road trip along with D. We were hoping for good stuff after seeing video of other hunters detecting the park. Well we didn't have quite the luck they had but I did managed to find a barber dime and D a 1876 indian penny but that was it. We couldn't find the area where they were but it's a huge park. I think I found a wheat penny but I'll know shortly - letting it soak.

BACK TO THE WOODS
After finding a large cent I went back to the woods - this time in a different area. I hit a spot where some kind of activity happened finding wheat pennies, a nickel and a silver dime in a square area. I also found some pins. I will have to hit the area some more - maybe in the fall when the bugs aren't so bad.

PARK HUNT YIELDS LARGE CENT
I met up with D and we hunted a park that has been good to us. This time we went to a different area and hunted in the woods. I managed to find my first large cent of the year and D found a canadian coin from the 1800's. I also found a wheat and some clad. This is my 3rd large cent from this park - hopefully there is some old silver there.

ROAD TRIP
