THE WEEKEND

I took a trip to a friend's house on Saturday - hunting his yard then a couple of parks.  His yard was full of iron but he did manage to find a wheat penny.  I had to wait until I hit the park to find my first coin of the day.   I couldn't stay long as I had to get back home to get my daughter from college.  Just a clad day for me.
Sunday started with rain and I got a late start.  I stayed close to home and later met another hunter.    He is in a club here in Syracuse and he gave me some info about it. We chatted for a while before getting back to detecting.   I left shortly after finding clad and a wheat penny. Wonder what he found???
