Another wheat
I hit the school that I currently hunt and found another wheat penny 1942. So the wheat pennies are still there and the silver is there - just have to find it. This brings my wheat penny total to 36. I should get my new machine Wed. - I'm really looking forward to try it out.

Lunch hunt yields to silver
Been hunting at lunch not really finding anything until today I found a silver quarter 1959 -d washington. I thought I also found my first gold - a necklace but it wasn't to be. So I'm still looking in that dept. My hunt yesterday brought in a buck 74 - 4-q, 6-d, 1-n and 9 pennies. I'm waiting for my new detector and give it a try.

New detector
I just purchased a new -for me- whites IDX pro detector and should receive it next week. Looking forward to it. My prizm has done me well but it's time that I get something a little bit better to help me find some older coins.

Seated Liberty dimes (1837–1891)
Christian Gobrecht completed the design of this dime. There were several minor varieties during the Seated Liberty's run
Variety 2: 1838 - 1853, stars on obverse, no drapery from elbow, tilted shield.
Variety 3: 1853 - 1855, arrows at date.
Variety 4: 1860 - 1873, legend on obverse.
Variety 5: 1873 - 1874, arrows at date.
Variety 4 resumed 1875 - 1891. The most valuable EF40 being an 1872cc.
Still looking for my first

Last few hunts
I've been hunting just not finding a lot so here is a picture on my last 3 hunts. Hopefully this week will be better as the weather will be a little cooler and we got some much needed rain. My take was 9-q, 12-d, 5-n and 13 pennies for a total of $3.82 along with ring #26 - I think junk.
