I have been on vacation since this past Wednesday - so far no silver but did find an Indian head penny and some wheat pennies plus a couple of rings. I'm going to meet with T today and try a spot where we both have found seated dimes. I'll be using the ATC - I may have to stop calling it that since I am finding coins as I get use to the new settings on the Simplex.

SILVER STEAK CONTINUES
It was a nice weekend both weather and silver wise - I managed to find another silver dime on Saturday along with some wheat pennies. Sunday was just a great weather day but getting out is always nice. I hope to be taking some vacation shortly - and I hope I can travel.

SILVER SLUMP OVER
Last weekend I did manage to find a silver coin - Rosie dime to break my silver slump. Not much else after that. The weather is supposed to be much better this weekend being warmer - hopefully I can keep the silver streak going.

STILL IN SILVER SLUMP
I did manage to get out last weekend but silver has been non existent. I got the usual clad and a wheat penny along with some artifacts. My Simplex detector had some updates posted and I down loaded them so I've been using that machine - it does have a new depth to it and I will give a try some more but again this weekend it's supposed to be cold. Go figure - central NY.

QUIET WEEKEND AND MONDAY
I did manage a couple of hunts this weekend - Saturday in the woods and Sunday in some parks. My best find was an Indian head penny, some wheats and a nice flat button. Still in the silver slump. Also found a little clad. I want to travel but with pandemic going on it's going to be a while.

LOTS OF CLAD
T and I hit a spot that is on an 1850 map. Only problem is that others have seen it too. We couldn't find anything old or deep. I found over 8 bucks in clad - 7 in quarters alone. It got to the point where I stopped digging if the target wasn't deep. I did find a small silver ring. Cross this off the map.
Sunday I hit a local park and found more clad. Hopefully there's better luck this weekend coming up.
