BACK ON THE SILVER TRAIL

Went to a school where I've had luck with the silver bug but it wasn't to be Saturday.  I didn't hunt long because I knew it was going to get hot.  I started early and was sweating an hour in.  I manage 2 wheat pennies and some clad.

Today was a much better day - I was thinking of a place to go so I decided to try a firehouse that was an old school.  I talked to the chief and he said it was okay - I told him if I found anything of historical value I would give it to the department.  Well I did find an old button off a uniform and a token with the dept. name on it.  Also found a couple of wheat pennies and a mercury dime - my first silver in a few weeks.  Once I told the chief what I found he said I could hunt the property any time.  I will take him up on his offer since there is a lot more ground to cover.
