SUNDAY AND LABOR DAY HUNTS

Sunday was a short hunt since it rain all morning and I got out in the afternoon.  I hunted the spot where I found my last large cent - I did manage a couple of wheat pennies but not much else.  At least the grass was cut.
Labor day I was going for the home run - hitting a spot with lots of history - but came up short - nothing near the fence - only singles.  Didn't hunt long since I had a family get together.  May hit this area again but will have to wait until fall - less bugs and can venture into the woods.
