I got my new Equinox 600 last Wednesday and tried it out on Saturday. What a day I had. My first coin find was a 2 cent piece -1864, then later I found an Indian head penny - 1887, and also a Canadian dime - 1874 - my best day finding 1800's coins. I managed to find a wheat penny, clad, a couple of flat buttons and a musket ball. I will be hitting this spot again this coming Saturday.
Sunday I stayed closer to home finding 9 wheat pennies and clad. I like the equinox so far - I'm getting use to the sound of targets and not relying on the VDI numbers.
