So far I'm off to a good start this year. Last year I started detecting in August so I'm way ahead in the game. I have passed my dime and nickel total and am gaining on my quarter total. I'm still 2 wheat pennies short from last year but I did manage a 1800's coin. Still no silver as of yet but I hope that changes along with a century day and finding some gold. It is only May so I have a long way to go. I do plan on making some trips so I hope that helps with finding silver and older coins. Time will tell. Happy hunting. JB
